Who this Policy Covers

This policy explains how Collatzinc Private Limited ("Collatzinc," "we," "us") handles personal data collected through tuteasy.com, the TutEasy corporate training software website. It applies to visitors to the site and to anyone who submits the "Apply Now" form to request a demo or get in touch.

This policy does not cover the TutEasy product itself once an institute signs up. That is governed by a separate agreement between Collatzinc and the institute, since the institute becomes responsible for its own trainees' and staff's data at that point.

What we Collect

This We do not ask for anything else on the landing page. If that changes, for example a phone number field gets added, this policy needs updating to match before the change goes live.

[Confirm] If the site uses analytics (such as Google Analytics) or advertising pixels, this section needs a subsection covering what those tools collect automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, and whether that happens before or after cookie consent.

How we Use it

• Respond to demo requests and enquiries
• Get in touch about TutEasy on behalf of our sales team

We do not use this information for anything beyond responding to the enquiry someone has raised with us.

How we Share it with

Enquiries submitted through the form go to Collatzinc's sales team and are stored in Pipedrive, our CRM. Pipedrive processes this data on our behalf, under its own data processing terms, to help us manage and follow up on enquiries. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Where the data is Stored and Processed

Collatzinc is based in India, and data collected through the "Apply Now" form is stored and processed in India, including within Pipedrive.

TutEasy is aimed at an international audience, so this site may receive enquiries from visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK. For those visitors, GDPR (or UK GDPR) applies alongside the DPDP Act, and we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as the transfer mechanism for moving personal data from the EEA/UK to India. This section should be checked against Pipedrive's own data processing agreement, since it will typically already include its own transfer mechanism for EEA/UK customer data, and the two need to line up rather than duplicate or contradict each other.

How long We keep it

We keep enquiry data only for a short interval, long enough to respond to the enquiry and follow up on it for sales and promotional purposes. We do not keep it indefinitely, and it is deleted once it is no longer needed for that purpose.

Your Rights

• Raise a complaint with the relevant data protection authority, which for India is the Data Protection Board established under the DPDP Act, and for the EU is the supervisory authority in their own country

Cookies

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies, the kind needed for the site to function correctly. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not set any cookie that requires a consent banner under GDPR or the DPDP Rules. If that changes in future, for example if analytics gets added, this section and the site itself will need a cookie banner at that point, not just an update to this wording.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal data submitted through this site against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's data

TutEasy is a business-to-business product. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site or our data practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes affecting how existing data is used will be communicated directly to anyone affected, where practical.
